Individual Therapy



Experience with illness, grief and life transitions can make you more aware of the uncertainty and transience in life. That awareness can be difficult to manage and often brings up a range of emotions, from anxiety and fear to gratitude and awe. We believe that within times of vulnerability and despair, there can also be space for connection, love and growth. 

Individual therapy offers a consistent, supportive space to explore your experience at your own pace. Together, we work to better understand what you are going through, develop effective ways of coping, and process the challenges you may be facing.
